WOD Leak: Tomorrow would have been Lauriel’s 50th birthday. In her honor, tomorrow’s WOD will be: “Lauriel” 23 Deadlifts (155#/105#) 23 Handstand push-ups 23 Back squats (155#/105#) from the floor 23 Burpees 23 Ground-to-overhead (155#/105#) There is a 20 minute cap on this workout.
Heads up: The kids room will be closed tomorrow night (Fri 2/21) during the 4 and 5pm classes. Children are welcome to hang out in the small kids area, but there will be no adult supervision. Please plan accordingly!
